Following the end of rookie minicamp, the Saints announce the signing of two new players.
On Monday, the New Orleans Saints updated their roster after the rookie minicamp and veteran tryout.
It was officially reported that defensive lineman Kendal Vickers and offensive lineman Lucas Patrick have signed with the Saints. New Orleans also released defensive tackle John Penisini, who was on the practice squad last season, in a related move.
After trying out for the New Orleans team last week, Vickers was signed. Over the past four years, the 28-year-old has split time between the Buffalo Bills and the Las Vegas Raiders, making 27 total appearances (including 2 starts).
