Olympic gold medalist and former WWE superstar Gable Steveson is signed by the Buffalo Bills.

Olympic gold medalist and former WWE superstar Gable Steveson has signed with the Buffalo Bills as an undrafted free agent defensive tackle.

Adam Schefter of ESPN reports that Steveson will sign a typical three-year rookie contract.

In freestyle wrestling, the 24-year-old took home a gold medal from the Tokyo 2020 Summer Olympics.

He won three Big-Ten Conference titles and two National titles while he was a student at the University of Minnesota. In 2022, he was also named the Big Ten Athlete of the Year.

Steveson was let go earlier this year after inking a multi-year contract with the WWE in September 2021.

Steveson will wear number 61, according to the Bills.

The Bills have made other unconventional acquisitions in the offseason besides Steveson.

The Bills selected Travis Clayton from the International Pathway Program with their last pick in the 2024 NFL Draft.

The team also announced the release of punter Matt Haack on Friday.
