Last season, the former Ohio State football quarterback CJ Stroud’s Houston Texans surprised everyone by making it to the second round of the playoffs. Stroud’s reputation as one of the most lethal and dangerous quarterbacks in the NFL was solidified with a 45-14 thumping of the Cleveland Browns in the first round. Now, Stroud is putting a pat on his back by being included among the top five NFL quarterbacks.
It is anticipated that Stroud will benefit this season by any sleeper additions selected in the 2024 NFL Draft. Texans offensive coordinator Bobby Slowik talked about the offense’s “limitless” potential following recent high-profile arrivals.

Josh Allen of the Buffalo Bills and Stroud’s debate partner, Micah Parsons’ teammate Dak Prescott of the Dallas Cowboys, came in second and third, respectively, behind him. The standings came from the previous season’s performance.
