Breaking News: Just In Texas Rangers Head Coach Finally Spoke Out, And Giving Out The Main Reason Why He Missed Yesterday’s Game.

Bruce Bochy, the Rangers manager, will miss the game against Detroit due to a “scheduled personal matter.”

Texas’s Arlington (AP) – On Monday night, the Texas Rangers will play without manager Bruce Bochy in the lineup.

A few hours prior to their matchup with Detroit, the team declared that Bochy was attending to a “scheduled personal matter.” The organization stated he was anticipated to return for Tuesday’s game but did not provide any further details about his absence.

The Rangers will be led by associate manager Will Venable against the Tigers in the first game of the series. On Sunday, Bochy informed Venable of his absence and provided the starting lineup for the match in which he will not be playing.

Bochy’s management record, which was 2,122-2,131 entering the game, will be affected by the result. Among current managers, he has the most wins, ranking 10th on the list of career victories.

Since taking over as the Rangers manager prior to the team’s inaugural World Series victory last season, Bochy has missed just one game. Bochy, who had won three titles with San Francisco—which is scheduled to visit Texas next weekend—won his fourth championship.
